This guide is an absolutely wonderful and comprehensive guide to everything you need to do to control blood pressure. My favorite part is that Gardening 30 - 45 minutes a day counted as exercise!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I'm at a BMI of 31, but with cognitive behavioral therapy (see our mental health community) and gardening, maybe I can lose weight. I currently take Altace.
