This article is pretty technical, but if you'd like to read about medical research on how high blood pressure and headaches relate, then it's for you. The author concludes that there's really no association between the two conditions.

Several study results are covered in this article, however when all is said and done, there is no apparent link between headaches and high blood pressure.
